Yesterday the photographer from Alibaba came to our company to shoot videos of several machines. Rifu, a company with more than 20 years in professional manufacturing filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and packing machines, has cooperated with Alibaba for more than 7 years and passed SGS,  INTERTEK, and TUV certifications.

This time we shot videos for three machines, two of which were powder filling machines and another was labeling machines.

The first was the labeling machine, used to apply self-adhesive labels onto the corner of boxes, to prevent disassembly. The label applicators and the bending mechanisms could be adjusted according to the production needs, so that the machine could be used for the labeling work of different boxes, and realize strong universality.

The others were powder filling machines, suitable for filling powder and particles materials into bottles. One was the rotary type single head powder filling machine. Compared with the linear type powder filling machines, this machine worked with high output. By changing the bottle molds, it could fill materials into bottles in different sizes.

Another was the double-head powder weighing filling machine, equipped with a weight detection device. The machine could fill the weighing and filling works at one time. And the weight detection device could automatically eliminate products whose weight didn’t meet the filling requirements, improving the production pass rate.
