This time we would like to share the automatic round bottle capping labeling collecting line with you, which was just finished recently. The whole line included the automatic cap feeding machine, automatic screw capping machine, automatic round labeling machine, and automatic bottle collecting machine.
The auto cap feeder could put caps on bottles one by one. Just put the caps into the cap hopper and turn on the machine. After putting caps onto bottles, bottles came to the auto screw capping machine, which could screw the bottle caps. And the tightening degree could be adjusted as needed. And then it was the auto round bottle labeling machine with firm and smooth labeling effect. It separated bottles one by one and rotated bottles to finish the round labeling work. Finally, the bottle went to the auto bottle collecting machine, to realize the ordered output. At this point, all work was done.
